COCKTAILS :-

LUSTROUS CASCADE –
Vodka/gin/rum and tequila based cocktail made with lemonade/assam tea/rose petals and paan extracts.
Long island ice tea with a mind boggling flavour of sweet paan.

LALAS –
Vodka based cocktail made with beetroot juice/basil/lime and lemonade.
A classis caprioska twisted with the freshness of beetroot and basil.

TARSA –
White rum based cocktail made with mango pulp/mint/saffron and gold varq.
Daiquiri made rich with saffron and gold !

TRISHA –
Tequila based cocktail made with roasted cumin/kokum and silver varq.
Magarita with the goodness of Indian herbs !

All the cocktails served in kaama are freshly muddled with nutural ingredients and flavours.

No artificial syrups or sweetners are used in the making.
All the four cocktail were something new and unique, the use of natural ingredients made them smooth and extremely refreshing !

SOUP :-

LAMB ALMOND –
Lamb broth based soup with milk and almonds.
Served with toasted garlic bread.
Rich creamy and smooth ! Loved it !!

APPETIZERS :-

MUSHROOM BAKLAVA –
Puff pastry triangles filled with truffle scented mushrooms.
The phyllo pastry had a melt in your mouth texture, portobello mushrooms made the perfect filling !

GOAN STYLE PRAWNS –
Prawns marinated with goan spices and coconut milk, grilled to perfection on tandoor.
Served with coriander chutney.
The prawns went really with the goan spices, coconut milk gave it a hint of sweetness, balanced the spices beautifully !!

GRILLED CHICKEN KALIMIRI –
Chicken chunks marinated with cream/cardamom and cheese, grilled to perfection on charcoal.
Served with coriander chutney.
Mildly spiced, juicy chicken tikka !

LAMB GALAWAT KABAB –
Minced lamb tenderised with raw papaya, spiced with fragrant whole spices, shallow fried until golden brown.
Served with saffron scented paratha.
The melt in your mouth kababs were fantastic, subtle flavour of clove and other indian spices made it appetizing !

HALEEM –
Overnight cooked haleem, served in short glasses.
Wheat lentils and meat cooked to perfection !
Brown onions added an extra layer of flavour !

TANDOORI FISH –
Rawas marinated with red chilli paste/ginger and garlic, grilled on tandoor.
The fish was absolutely fresh, the red chilli paste marination did not overpower the natural flavour of the fish.
Finishing with butter and chat masala added loads of flavour !

HIMALAYAN BRICK PLATTER –
Tandoori tikkas of your favorite protein made in your choice of marination.
Served with dal makhani/pulav/tandoori aloo and butter naan.
I chose chicken malai tikka, it was juicy and succulent, flavour was mild and subtle.
What really impressed me was the rich creamy dal makhani and aromatic tawa pulav, whole spice flavour at it’s best !
The platter served as a complete meal for one.

DESSERTS :-

GULAB JAMUN CHEESECAKE –
A classic cheesecake made with cream cheese and eggs, stuffed with slices of gulab jamuns.
Extremely delicious, perfect airy texture.
It had the right balance of sweetness coming from the gulab jamun and sourness coming from the cream cheese.

ROSE PETAL PANACOTA –
Rich creamy egg and milk panacota, flavoured with gulkand and rose petals.
Simply Devine !!

Overall, kaama is fantastic !
Their food is able to capture the essence of north indian cuisine and give it a international appeal !
Flavours are familiar and deep, beautifully presented !
Even their cocktails are groovy and slick !
The rooted Indian connection plays a vital role.
