It serves South Indian delicacies with a modern twist.

International favourites have also been given a southern fusion.

CAPI MADRAS –
Vodka based cocktail with homemade  coffee liqueur and cardamon.
Filter coffee flavour with cardamon and a bitterness of vodka…..fabulous!!!

SPICE-A-TALAM –
Vodka based cocktail with coriander/chat masala/tobasco and coke.
Tangy bitter …zesty !!!

AWESOME PAYASAM –
Whiskey based shot with milkmaid and boiled rice, served in a earthen cup.
Strong n punchy !!

STARTERS:-

KORI VEPUDU –
South Indian style chilli chicken made with bor chillies/onion and lots of garlic.
Spicy n garlicky!!! Delicious!!

KORI ROAST –
Spicy batter fried chicken chunks tossed with grated coconut/curry leaves/fried onions and bor chillies.
Extremely delicious, loved the flavour of fried onions and coconut with the juicy chicken.

PRAWNS KOLIWADA –
Prawns marinated with koliwada masala, batter fried to perfection.
Served with coriander chutney.
Crispy prawns with a fantastic koliwada flavour!!!

BENNE SUKHA –
Prawns stir fried with butter/coriander/curry leaves/grated coconut and coconut milk.
The fresh grated buttery coconut tasted delicious with the succulent prawns.
Insanely delicious…..Must try !!

PEPPERED MEEN –
Basa coated with black pepper, batter fried to perfection.
Garnished with curry leaves and fried onions.
Served over a bed of curd based sauce.
Cool mild flavouring, comforting and delicious.

GOLI BHAJJE –
Batter fried refined flour balls .
Served with coriander chutney.
Spongy center, crispy outer ….fantastic!!

MAIN COURSE –

CHICKEN SUKKHA –
Chicken tossed in south Indian spices.
Served with malabari paratha.
Dry preparation, nice flavour of coconut and curry leaves, tasted nice with the flaky malabari paratha.

Overall, SamBar is a fantastic place !!!
Their mix n match with south Indian food is surely something unique and different.

I fell in love with their food !!

Good music, vibrant atmosphere and moderate pricing will surely make me come back !!!
